Install
- Download the .dmg, open it, drag Clear macOS to Applications.
- Unsigned / “damaged”:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/Clear*.dmg and, if needed, the app in /Applications.
- First launch: right-click → Open.
- Optional: grant Full Disk Access from the in-app banner for a deeper user scan.
Use
- Scan analyses; nothing is deleted yet.
- Select groups, then Move to Trash (default) or permanent delete with a second confirm.
- Deep Scan asks for administrator access; declining stays in user mode.
